  • Service refers to the web design and related services (including but not limited to Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify), offered either as a one-time purchase or through a recurring subscription plan via the Website.

  • Subscription means any recurring service plan You opt into for ongoing design, development, or support services.

  • Terms and Conditions refer to this agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of and access to our services and website.

  • Website refers to Airdute, accessible at https://airdute.com.

  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, whether as a one-time client or a subscriber. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you should not use our services.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or subscribe to any of our services.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Services and Subscriptions

The Company offers custom and template-based web design and development services using platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify. Services can be purchased on a one-time basis or via ongoing subscription plans that include design, development, maintenance, or support features.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges according to your selected plan. Subscription billing terms (monthly, quarterly, or annual) will be specified at the time of purchase and may be modified with prior notice.

User Feedback

By submitting suggestions, feedback, or ideas, You grant Us the right to use, modify, and incorporate them into Our services without obligation to provide compensation or credit.

Payment and Refunds

Payments for services or subscriptions must be made in advance. Refund policies vary by service tier and will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase. Generally, no refunds are provided for services already delivered.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse. Subscription customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds are issued for unused time within the billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the service(s) in question, or $100 USD if no payment has been made. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
